Kids, Broccoli, and Jesus – “When Jesus is
presented as broccoli and not a filet mignon, kids will see him as a means to
an end. But Jesus is not a means. He is the end. The goal of the gospel is
God himself. And the goal of all kids ministry should be to direct their gaze
into the splendor of God's grace in the gospel of Christ.”
